Delivery and Returns


Your order is extremely important to us. All orders up to the value of £30 will be sent using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service. Orders over £30 will be sent using Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service which is easily trackable.  Should you require your order quickly, you can select UK Special Delivery Service at checkout.

  • Orders up to £30 - £1.99
  • Orders over £50 will require a signature. 
  • UK Special Delivery Service - received next working day if ordered by 1pm £5.95

For orders outside of the UK - postal charges will be calculated at the checkout.

Maudes cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event of any delays with Royal Mail which may arise during busy periods such as Christmas or during any strike periods. 

We also offer a local hand delivery service every Saturday. If you require your order sooner, please request this at checkout and we will of course do everything we can to accommodate. If no one is home to receive your order when we attempt delivery we will post through your door if possible or a calling card will be posted advising where your order has been left (i.e. in a safe space, your shed, with a neighbour). Please advise when placing your order if you have a preferred safe place to leave your delivery or if you require discreet delivery. 



If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your goods and wish to return your purchase to us, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Simply return your purchase within 30 days of placing your order in its original condition together with any original documentation. Any refund made will be reimbursed to the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • Enclose a copy of the receipt
  • For added security, we recommend tracking and insuring your parcel with signed-for delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded or Tracked 24/48
  • Maudes the Jewellers are not liable for your return item until it has been received
  • Retain your proof of postage and record the tracking number 
  • Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed
  • If you have not received your refund within 3-4 workings days of us notifying you that your refund has been processed, please contact us for assistance.   

If items are returned after 30 days of purchase we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to the item being in its original condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect then please contact us for assistance.
